For example, the Japanese invasion and the French invasion that retired after long wars were won of the Vietnamese people. After that, the Vietnam war began between America and Vietnam. The purpose of this war was to stop socialism. The war stayed for about ten years. Americans used the most advanced and the worst weapons to fight the Vietnamese soldiers who had very simple weapons. An American officer murdered all the people of the (May-Lay) village and that was one of the ugliest massacres ever .Even though the Vietnamese weapons were very simple ,the loss of the Americans was huge. For example ,a large number of soldiers was killed, and many soldiers suffered from psychological problems .The reason of that was the ugly scenes that happened in front of them .For example ,when two American soldiers were in a forest ,the Vietnamese soldiers could easily surprise them and kill a soldier ,so the other one was not able to help him. However, Americans killed a lot of Vietnamese people even those who were hidden underground. In the end many countries including America made many demonstrations to stop the war . And the Vietnamese hero (Hosheh Meneh) could win and the Vietnam gained its independence The American soldiers who went back to America took drugs to help them forget about the war . Many divorces happened and the families were separated . All these things affected the American society . [/b][/i][/color][/font][/left][/size]
