In this story Teddy (the narrator), is jealous from his brother because evryone likes him.
The mouther asked Teddy to buy something special for
his brother -Bobby- for his birthday.
The alligator was mother’s fault.She as usual, blames me. She says that I’ve got more imagination than brains.
Last Christmas I gave him apair of socks.(Iwas trying to insult him),but he was too dumb to understand the insult, after all that he thanked me.
Mother had understood, so this year before his eighth birthday, she took me aside. <Why cannot
you get along with your brother, What kind of little brother doesn’t annoy his big brother?> .I tried to avoid her. <Why don't you buy somethig he likes, how about a pet?> she said.
