In mid-1937, following the [/size][url=https://algassania2.mam9.com/wiki/Marco_Polo_Bridge_Incident][u][size=25][color:d577=#0000ff]Marco Polo Bridge Incident[/u][/color][/size][/url][size=25], Japan began a [/size][url=https://algassania2.mam9.com/wiki/Second_Sino-Japanese_War][u][size=25][color:d577=#0000ff]full invasion of China[/u][/color][/size][/url][size=25]. The Soviets [/size][url=https://algassania2.mam9.com/wiki/Sino-Soviet_Non-Aggression_Pact][u][size=25][color:d577=#0000ff]quickly lent support to China[/u][/color][/size][/url][size=25], effectively ending China's prior [/size][url=https://algassania2.mam9.com/wiki/Sino-German_cooperation_(1911%E2%80%931941)][u][size=25][color:d577=#0000ff]cooperation with Germany[/u][/color][/size][/url][size=25].
