Body language is away to communicate using gestures, not words. Everyone uses body language all the time. Why?
It helps us to communicate. What do you think when someone puts her or his thumbs up? What does it mean when you nod your head up and down? If you live in the United States, you will understand this movement means yes. But in parts of Europe it doesn't.
Gestures for greeting people will certainly be different depending on where you are at the moment.
