It's an
amazing experience . It encourages the clever students in Syria to give their
abilities in math , chemistry , and physics to make them scientists in the
future. If you want to participate in this competition, you have to get good
marks in these subjects at school . At the beginning, I did a lot of exams on
the level of Tishreen's league, and I had the first grade, then I did an exam on Homs's level,
the questions were on an international level and it was supervised by the Syrian
Scientific Committee. My friends and I trained in the laboratories of
Al-Baath university supervised by many professors in the chemist section ,and
we were honored by RYU and Homs's governate and we obtained a lot of awards.
After that, I travelled to Damascus to do exams more difficult than before in
Sahara Hotel . I stayed there for about four beautiful days ,I met a lot of
clever friends. There are many students in our school who participated in The Syrian Scientific Olympiad: Nour
Memary (the first at math in Syria in 2009) , Thaer Sarkees (the second in Homs
and the fifth in Syria at chemistry in
2009) ,and me (the first at chemistry in Homs in 2010). I respectfully thank
with my pleasure :The president Dr. Bashar Al-Asad and his spouse for their
caring . Surely I don't forget to give my thanks to: The Syrian Scientific
Committee , the people who encouraged us :
Mrs Shahenas Fakoush and prof. Yasser Horia ( members of the country's leader ship ).
Finally, I thank our second home which is our school(AL-Ghassania) for its
supporting and concerning about us since our childhood. I promise everyone to
stay like that to get developed grades in other examinations.
