on may, 1st was the opening of the new, syrian produced, movie: DAMASCUS SPEAKS: SAINT PAUL at Al-Kindi cinema in Homs, Syria.
the movie was due to start at 7 o'clock, but was preceeded by some speaches given by the people responsible for this movie.
before the movie, a short report was shown, it talked about the opeing of the movie in the Opera House in Damascus, but it was stopped in the middle and started all over again three times due to technical problems which were not appologized for.
finally, the movie started, and was quite good. it had lots of cutscenes which talked about the famous spots in Damascus which saint Paul was once in.
in an overall rating, the movie was good, but the main actor could have done better.
at the end of the movie, spiritual books were given to the audience .
i recomend evryone to go and see it as soon as possible.
