-The water has [color:1056=red]ionic bonds[/color], and we know ionic bonds are weak, so when a material presses on them, they'll stick to it easily, forming a sort of a [color:1056=violet]"wall" that holds the upper material[/color], and that is called the surface tension, the surface tension of the water is the strongest.
-The oil is an organic material, and the [color:1056=red]organic bonds[/color] are strong, so the oil doesn’t stick to other materials and it doesn’t form a surface tension , so it is the [b]least active one[/b]
-Now the vinegar is [color:1056=green]organic but it is always mixed with water[/color], so it combines between ionic and organic, and it comes in the middle…
[b][color:1056=green]note[/color][/b]: the upper results are primary and they are not confirmed by any of the science specialists. so the sorting is from the strongest to the weakest: [color:1056=blue]water-vinegar-oil[/color]][/size]

i don't know if anybody noticed, but this article has a "deadly mistake" and should be fixed as soon as possible, the "summit" is simply destroying all physics and chemistry rules that ever existed!!!!!!
