Rosa Parks By Tony Issa

Rosa Parks left her work and got onto a bus in 1955.
In those days people were separated on buses . white sat in front and black sat in back . Rosa sat in the front row of the colored section.
The driver told Rosa to give her place for white passenger but she refused so the police arrested her.
Dr . Martin Luther King heard what happened and he led a bus boycott.
It was the end of the segregation in America South and the beginning of a new era of the Civil Rights movement.
