Why RATTLESNAKE Has Fangs?!

Rattlesnake used to be the gentlest little animal. The Sun God forgot to give him a weapon to protect himself, so he was called the Soft Child.
Animals liked to hear him rattle so they used to play with him and throw him from one to another. They had fun, but Rattlesnake was unhappy as he could do nothing about this.
The Sun God felt sorry for the sad helpless snake, and he had a solution which was to put two thorns from the devil's claw plant in his upper jaw. " Now you've to rattle to give a warning, and strike only if you've to'' The Sun God warned.
The next day, the Rabbit started to kick the snake as usual so Rattlesnake rattled his warning, but Rabbit just laughed at him. So Rattlesnake used his thorns on Rabbit.
After this, animals and people always back away from him and fear him, and he isn't called Soft Child any more[/left]!
